FIELD: lipid nanoparticles.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to lipid nanoparticles for in vivo medicinal products delivery and their use. The lipid nanoparticle contains an ionizable lipid in which a 6-membered heterocyclic amine and an alkyl epoxide, a phospholipid, are linked; cholesterol, and a lipid-PEG (polyethylene glycol) conjugate in an amount of 0.5–5 mol.%.
EFFECT: lipid nanoparticles are specific for liver tissue, hepatocyte and/or LSEC (liver sinusoidal endothelial cell), have excellent biocompatibility, and can deliver a gene therapeutic agent with high efficiency.
