FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed unit comprises magazine for stack of reels, reel grip-and-transfer device, and unwinder with unclamping mechanism fitted in its frame. Reel loose-wounding after removal and at the end of unwinding is ensured by equipping unwinder frame with two-arm lever driven by hydraulic cylinder and provided with roller for reel turn clamping arranged at its free end. Besides, said unit is equipped with end face clamping device arranged on moving frame nearby unwinder to displace in parallel with unwinder axis. Said end face clamping device is composed one-arm lever driven by hydraulic cylinder with end clamping rollers arranged thereat.
EFFECT: expanded performances at profile-bending and pipe welding machines.
