FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of unburnt binding agents and can be used in manufacturing of construction products of hydraulic hardening. In method of obtaining unburnt mineral binding agent of hydraulic hardening, which includes crushing and mixing technogenic thermally processed silicon-aluminium-containing waste product in form of waste bank ash - burnt rock of coal fields, lime-containing component in form of waste product of acetylene production from calcium carbide, gypsum-containing component, said ash is preliminarily dried until moisture content is not more than 5 wt %, crushed and mixed with said waste product in weight ratio 3÷5:1, and gypsum-containing waste product is introduced in form of fluorogypsum, obtained in the process of sulfuric acid decomposition of fluorite concentrate, in amount 8-12 wt %. EFFECT: reduction of binding agent cost, increase of its activity.
