FIELD: production of composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing binders and can be used in production of construction materials and construction. Technical result is achieved by the fact that a method of producing a composite binder based on industrial wastes, including mixing and joint grinding of Portland cement and industrial wastes, wherein the industrial wastes is a mixture of vanadium and expanded clay production wastes at a ratio of components of 2:1, with the following ratio of components of the binder, wt %: Portland cement—84.0–86.0, said industrial wastes—12.0–14.0, which is completed together with Portland cement to specific surface area of 6,400 cm2/g to obtain particles with size of 3.4–3.6 mcm with addition of superplasticizer "Melflux 1641" in excess of 100 % — 0.16 %.
EFFECT: obtaining a binder with improved strength properties while reducing power consumption during its production.
