FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the method for obtaining molten steel with manganese content of up to 30 %, in which the following components can be contained additionally: up to 5% Si, up to 1.5% C, up to 22% Al, up to 25% Cr, up to 30% Ni, as well as up to 5% Ti, V, Nb, Cu, Sn, Zr, Mo, W each, as well as up to 1% N and P each, the rest is iron and inevitable components accompanying the steel manufacture. Method involves preparation of a heated vessel providing the molten metal during a short period of time with big quantity of heat at specific power of above 200 kW per tonne of the produced molten metal or at Bio coefficient of less than 3.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides the production cycle efficiency.
