SUBSTANCE: proposed ICE comprises oscillating links with combustion chamber pistons integrated in pairs with hydraulic cylinder pistons and hydraulic machines arranged on both sides thereof with their rotors fitted on one shaft. Oscillating links are arranged along and around said shaft.
EFFECT: higher torque and efficiency, decreased overall dimensions and weight.
