FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: double-chamber furnace to burn crushed wastes comprises a layer prismatic chamber of gas generation with vertical front, rear and side walls, a ceiling slab, having a gas-tight unit for wastes input, with a layer-retaining bottom grate, with nozzles of primary air blowing installed above it, with arranged windows of generator gas discharge on the rear wall above the layer-retaining grate and nozzles of primary air blowing and under the layer-retaining grate and equipped with filtering grates, and also a prismatic afterburning chamber with vertical front, rear and side walls, windows of generator gas input arranged on the front wall, nozzles of afterburning air, flues that connect chambers of gas generation and afterburning and connected to windows of discharge and input of generator gas accordingly in the rear wall of the gas generation chamber, and in the front wall of the afterburning chamber, with axisymmetric nozzles of secondary air blowing brought inside and aligned in direction of the afterburning chamber, in flues with even pitch there are piers installed, forming a system of vertical slot confusor channels with equivalent input and output throughput sections and parallel vertical planes of symmetry, channel width of 0.4-1.7 on the front wall of the afterburning chamber in channels of output sections, nozzles of secondary blowing are arranged in vertical rows, installed in input sections of each channel, and their axes are matched with vertical planes of symmetry of appropriate confusor channels.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible to reduce underburning of introduced wood wastes and emissions of hazardous substances into atmosphere.
