SUBSTANCE: device comprises two key elements, control inputs of which are connected to a unit for generation of anti-phased control pulses, and also a double-stroke switchboard, differing by the fact that it additionally contains two throttles not connected inductively, each of which is made with a tap, besides, the first lead of each throttle is connected with a power supply bus, two remaining leads of the first throttle are connected accordingly with the output of the first key and the input of the first arm of the double-stroke switchboard, and two remaining leads of the second throttle are connected accordingly with the output of the second key and with the input of the second arm of the double-stroke switchboard.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of a step-up double-stroke converter when used as a source of power supply for elements that limit voltage.
