FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: spinal apparatus comprises a reference structure spatially fixed with respect to a number of pedicle screws fixed in the adjacent vertebras of the patient and connected with the reference structure by an anterior spinal prosthesis fixator. The reference structure determines a spatial relation of the anterior spinal prosthesis and posterior spinal prosthesis attached to the pedicle screws.

EFFECT: invention enables to introduce a disk prosthesis, when required, during or after the procedure including spinal prosthetics with posterior prostheses with using pedicle screws, to consider position of a disk prosthesis in relation to a posterior prosthesis, in particular when at least one of them includes a joint, and also dependence on the morphology of disks and vertebras.
