SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to a method for preparing diastereomer pure dibenzoyl-L-tartrate salt of formula (III) involving the stages: (a) mixing a compound of formula (II) with enantiomer pure dibenzoyl-L-tartaric acid or its monohydrate to form diastereoisomer salt wherein the solvent represents a mixture of water and ethanol; and (b) crystallising said salt, as well as mono-dibenzoyl-L-tartrate salt of formula (III) which is an intermediate product in synthesis of (lS-[1α,2α,3β(1S*,2R*),5β]}-3(7-{[2-(3,4-difluorophenyl)cyclopropyl]amino}-5-(propylthio)-3H-1,2,3-triazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-3-yl)-5-(2-hydroxyethoxy)-cyclopentane-1,2-diol which possess antithrombotic action.
