Traffic control territorial center 5 is equipped with means 11 to define optimum recommendations and communication appliances 12. Data collected by every navigator 3 is transmitted to said traffic control territorial center 5 for it to be processed to define optimum recommendations for very motor vehicle 1. Defined optimum recommendations are directed from said center 5 to appropriate mobile communication devices 2 of motor vehicle 1 display optimum solution disclosed by said center 5 for this motor vehicle on appropriate navigator 3 of motor vehicle 1.
