FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil refining industry, namely, to method of obtaining oil binding and fibre-forming pitches and can be used in petro-chemical and oil refining industry. Method includes thermopolycondensing of pyrolysis heavy resin purified of low-boiling and non-melting components in flow reactor at increased pressure and temperature 330-400°C, reaction mass holding at increased temperature and atmospheric pressure in presence of superheated water steam as non-oxidising agent, distillation of low-molecular reaction products, note that reaction mass is kept in reaction zone for specified period of time at pressure 10-25 gauge atmospheres and it is re-circulated, then part of reaction mass is directed into reaction separator for distillation of low-molecular reaction products at superheated water steam flow in quantity 0.02-0.04 kg/h per kilogram of raw material and holding at temperature 340-380°C for 3-10 hours with obtaining low-melting binding pitch, then low-melting binding pitch is directed into vacuum column for distillation of low-molecular reaction products at superheated water steam flow in quantity 0.02-0.04 kg/h per kilogram of raw material and holding at temperature 300-320°C and temperature 20-50 mm Hg for 2-5 hours with obtaining melt of high-melting pitch that is ultrasonically treated with frequency 15-25 kHz and output 50-100 W/cm2 with obtaining high-melting fibre-forming pitch. Distillations of low-molecular reaction products are directed into atmospheric column for water separation with obtaining hydrocarbon gases, petroleum, light and heavy gasoil, then heavy gasoil of 480-540°C is returned into flow reactor. Low-melting connecting pitch may be the independent yrade product.
EFFECT: increase of oil pitch output, process simplification.
