FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil refining, in particular to a method for producing high-temperature petroleum binding tars, and can be used in the petrochemical and petroleum refining industry. Method includes thermopolycondensation of heavy pyrolysis resin purified from low boiling components in flow reactor 4 at a pressure of 1.0–2.5 MPa and a temperature of 360–390 °C, isothermal aging of the reaction mass in separator reactor 6 at a temperature of 320-380 °C and pressure of 0.1–0.2 MPa in the presence of a dry hydrocarbon gas as a bubbling agent with distillation of low-molecular weight reaction products. Reaction mass is located in the reaction zone of the flow reactor for a given time at a pressure of 1.0–2.5 MPa, then the reaction mass is fed into the separator reactor for isothermal aging at a temperature of 320–380 °C, pressure 0.1–0.2 MPa for 18–20 hours and distillation of low-molecular reaction products at a dry hydrocarbon gas consumption of 0.01–0.02 kg/hour per kg of raw material and obtaining a high-temperature petroleum binding tar. Distilled low-molecular weight reaction products are sent to a separation column to obtain hydrocarbon gases, gasoline, light and heavy gas oils.
EFFECT: obtaining high-temperature petroleum binding tar; high yield of high-temperature petroleum binding tar; improvement of economic and environmental parameters of the process, simplification of the process.
