FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to petroleum refining, and namely to obtaining petroleum binding agents and fibre-forming pitches, and can be used in petrochemical and petroleum-refining industries. The proposed method involves thermopolycondensation of heavy resin of pyrolysis in a flow reactor at increased pressure and temperature of 330-400°C, distillation of low-molecular reaction products and exposure of the obtained product at increased temperature and atmospheric pressure in presence of superheated water vapour as a non-oxidising agent; at that, as raw stock, heavy pyrolysis resin is used, which is cleaned form low-boiling and non-fusible components; provision is made for presence of reaction mass in reaction zone during the specified period of time at the pressure of 10-25 at, thus performing its recirculation; then, some part of reaction mass is supplied to a reaction separator for distillation of low-molecular reaction products at the flow rate of superheated water vapour in quantity of 0.02-0.04 kg/h per kilo of raw stock and exposure at the temperature of 340-380°C during 3-10 hours so that low-melting binding pitch is obtained; then, low-melting binding pitch is supplied to a vacuum column for distillation of low-molecular reaction products at the flow rate of superheated water vapour in quantity of 0.02-0.04 kg/hour per kilo of raw stock and exposure at 300-320°C and pressure of 20-50 mm Hg during 2-5 hours so that molten high-melting pitch is obtained, which is treated with ultrasound with frequency of 15-25 kHz and power of 50-100 W/cm2 so that high-melting fibre-forming pitch is obtained; distillations of low-molecular reaction products are supplied to a crude distillation unit for separation of water and separation so that hydrocarbon gases, gasoline, light and heavy gasoils are obtained. Low-melting binding pitch can be discharged as a standalone product.
EFFECT: increasing petroleum pitch yield; simplifying the process.
