FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil refining, in particular to a method for producing petroleum medium-temperature binder / impregnation and high-temperature binder pitch, and can be used in the petrochemical and oil refining industry. Method includes thermopolycondensation of a heavy pyrolysis resin purified from low-boiling components with a boiling point of n.c. 230°C in a flow reactor at 1.0-2.5 MPa pressure and temperature 360-390°C, isothermal aging of the reaction mass in the separator reactor at a temperature of 320-380°C and pressure of 0.1-0.2 MPa in the presence of natural gas as a bubbling agent with distillation of low-molecular weight reaction products. Reaction mass is located in the reaction zone of the flow reactor for 6-10 hours to obtain petroleum medium-temperature binder / impregnation pitch or 18-20 hours to produce petroleum high-temperature pitch binder with natural gas consumption of 0.015-0.025 kg/h per kg of raw material with recirculation of the reaction mixture. Distilled low-molecular weight reaction products are sent to a separation column to obtain hydrocarbon gases, gasoline, light and heavy gas oils.
EFFECT: technical result is production of petroleum medium-temperature binder / impregnating or high-temperature pitch binder; higher yield of petroleum medium-temperature binder / impregnating or high-temperature pitch binder; improved economic and environmental indicators of the process, simplification of the process.
