FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil refining, in particular to a method for producing high-temperature petroleum binding tars, and can be used in the petrochemical and petroleum refining industry. Method comprises the heavy pyrolysis resin purified from the pyrolysis low boiling components thermal polycondensation in the flow reactor at elevated pressure and at temperature of 360–390 °C, reaction mass isothermal aging in the separator reactor at the elevated temperature and pressure of 0.1–0.2 MPa in the presence of natural gas as a bubbling agent with the low molecular weight reaction products distillation. At that, the reaction mass is in the flow reactor reaction zone at a pressure of 1.0–2.5 MPa, next, the reaction mass is sent to the separator reactor for isothermal aging at temperature of 320–380 °C, pressure of 0.1–0.2 MPa for 18–20 hours and distillation of low-molecular reaction products at natural gas consumption in the amount of 0.015–0.025 kg/h per kg of raw material and production of high-temperature oil pitch binder. Distilled low-molecular weight reaction products are sent to a separation column to obtain hydrocarbon gases, gasoline, light and heavy gas oils.
EFFECT: obtaining high-temperature petroleum binding tar; high yield of high-temperature petroleum binding tar; improvement of economic and environmental parameters of the process, simplification of the process.
