FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: alcohol beverage base contains alcohol and one or several thermally concentrated fruit juices. Alcohol concentration (A) is equal to at least 9% volume per volume; fruit juice (B) concentration in the base is equal to at least 300%; the ratio of B/A is equal to at least 19.0. The base is produced by way of mixing high concentration alcohol with one or several high concentration fruit juices to produce a blended solution. The solution is packaged into a container and stored during at least 1 day. The diluted alcohol beverage is produced by way of mixing the base with a dilution solution that may be represented by water or carbonated water. The fruit juice content in the beverage is equal to 80% or more.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce or exclude irritation specific to alcohol and produce a base with a ripe fruit taste.
