FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: fruit juice based alcohol beverages contain concentrated fruit juice in an amount ensuring 100% or higher fruit juice concentration relative to directly squeezed fruit juice concentration. The ratio of the fruit juice concentration to the alcohol content in the beverage is equal to 11.5 or more; the fruit juice is represented by apple or grapefruit or grape juice. The apple juice based beverage contains 5.0 mg/100 ml or more of chlorogenic acid, the grapefruit juice based beverage contains 60 mg/100 ml or more of malic acid, the grape juice based beverage contains 30 mg/100 ml or more of potassium ions. Chlorogenic acids or malic acid or potassium ions are added in the form of a fruit juice extract or concentrate. The beverage is diluted with a diluting solution to produce a diluted alcohol beverage.
EFFECT: reduction of irritant impact specific to alcohol and caused by high alcohol concentration and ripe fruit aroma intensification.
