FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: alcoholic beverage contains base consisting of alcohol and one or more soluble materials, mixed with ice pieces in a ratio from 20:80 to 80:20, aerated and cooled to mixture temperature lower than minus 1°C. It is fluid at a temperature from minus 15°C to minus 2°C and contains ice pieces with length along the greater axis from 0.06 mm to 0.8 mm in amount of at least 80% of total beverage weight, gas part in amount of 1 to 150 vol.% and alcohol in amount of minimum 1 vol.%. Start melting temperature of base ranges between minus 20°C to minus 2°C. Beverage can also contain fats and oils and/or stabiliser, mixed with base. According to another version, alcoholic beverage contains base consisting of alcohol and one or more soluble materials, mixed with ice pieces in a ratio from 20:80 to 80:2, aerated and cooled to mixture temperature lower than minus 1°C and frozen to the temperature maximum minus 20°C. It is fluid at a temperature from minus 15°C to minus 2°C and contains ice pieces with length along the greater axis from 0.06 mm to 0.8 mm in amount of at least 80% of total beverage weight, gas part in amount of 1 to 150 vol. % and alcohol in amount of minimum 1 vol.%. Start melting temperature of base ranges between minus 20°C to minus 2°C. Beverage can also contain fats and oils and/or stabiliser, mixed with base.
EFFECT: obtaining alcoholic beverage which is light and pleasant to drink, making original cool feeling at swallowing, with mild sensation of alcohol and rich taste since it is neither too sweet, nor too hard, letting perceive remaining ice pieces.
