SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The device includes a beater and needle-shaped blades. The blades are attached to a movable platform and placed perpendicular to the percussive plane of the beater. The blades are made so that to enable movement inside the beater body and reversion into the working position due to springs built-in inside the body.
EFFECT: invention ensures acceleration and simplification of meat pieces culinary treatment process.
