FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: sweetener comprises mixture of acesulfame-K and aspartam, which are used in the ratio of 95:5-5:95, preferably 70: 30-30: 70, and oligosaccharide or inulin. Ratio of said mixture and oligosaccharide or inulin is 10:1-10,000:1, preferably 500:1- 5,000:1. Ratio of acesulfame-K and aspartam may be 50:50. Oligofructose, galactooligosaccharide, isomaltooligosaccharide or lactosaccharose may be used as oligosaccharide. EFFECT: increased sweetening effect maximally approaching to saccharose sweetness. 3 cl, 2 tbl
