FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and may be applied for surgical management of nasal septum perforation. The pre-operative period involves preparing an autologous protein-thrombocyte membrane. Autoblood is placed in test tubes containing 3.8% sodium citrate 1 ml. They are centrifuged for 15-20 min. Blood plasma and a leukocyte-thrombocyte layer are recovered and added with transplanted autologous chondrocyte and micrografts with 10% calcium chloride. The prepared autograft is recovered, squeezed out, moulded, intraoperatively transplanted into a nasal cartilage defect area and covered with a pedicle autograft.
EFFECT: method enables preventing nasal passage narrowing and nasal respiratory limitations.
