FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to maxillofacial and plastic surgery. Deformations of the bone-cartilaginous part of the nasal septum are eliminated. Dissection of synechiae in the nasal cavity is performed. Increased bleeding is eliminated with the help of the drug “Tachocomb”. Using the patient’s venous blood, a PRF membrane is prepared. The PRF membrane is placed in the area of the mucosal defect obtained after removal of the curved sections of the bone-cartilaginous nasal septum. At the same time, the underlying portion of the membrane, tucked under the mobilized muco-perichondrium fragments of the nasal septum, is stitched with through U-shaped sutures. Then the nasal passages are tamponed with iodoform gauze ribbons.
EFFECT: method reduces the risk of possible complications of a cicatrical nature and the development of relapses of functional disorders.
