SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine and describes pharmaceutical compositions having central and non-central layers for drug delivery, particularly addictive drugs, substantially enclosed in a core portion, and a non-addictive drug in a non-core portion. The given compositions having a reduced addiction potential. In the composition, a preferentially addictive drug represents opioid, while a non-addictive drug represents acetaminophen or ibuprofen. More preferentially, opioid represents hydrocodone, while the non-addictive analgesic represents acetaminophen; in specific preferential versions of implementation, the dosage forms are characterised by resistance to solvent extraction, compression, breaking or grinding.
EFFECT: invention provides a primary drug release wave with a following long period of controlled drug release.
