SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oral medicinal formulations comprising the combination of orally effective amount of opioid agonist taken in analgesic dose and orally active opioid antagonist wherein opioid antagonist is added in the ratio to opioid agonist to obtain the combined product that elicits analgesic effect in oral administration but causes repulsion in physically dependent subject. In preferable case the amount of opioid antagonist included to the combined product causes at least weak repulsion in physically dependent drug addicts (for example, the withdrawal syndrome).
