SUBSTANCE: roller for processing of paper cloth, in particular, designed for use in a stamping or mangling unit, comprising a central fixed shaft (10), connected at its both ends with a fixed frame (11), besides, on the specified shaft (10) there are additional elements (12) installed with low friction coefficient, and on the elements (12) with low friction coefficient coaxially with the shaft (10) there is a tubular skirt (2) installed, besides, the specified skirt (2) is installed as capable of free rotation around the longitudinal axis (x-x) of the shaft (10) and is exposed to vibrations during its rotation. The roller comprises a facility to damp vibrations, arranged between the specified skirt (2) and the specified shaft (10). The damping facility comprises two discs, every of which is coaxial to the shaft and is arranged as a whole with the appropriate base of the shaft (10). Each disc contacts with two friction rings, which are connected with the tubular skirt.
EFFECT: roller is proposed to process paper roll material.
