FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: proposed alloy comprises the following components in wt %: gold - 84.0-86.0, platinum - 7.0-10.0, palladium - 1.0-2.0, rhodium - 0.3-0.5, silver - 1.5-6.0, copper ≤3.5, tin - 0.5-1.0. Note here that total content of gold, platinum, palladium and rhodium (Au+Pt+Pd+Rh) makes at least 90 wt %. Note also that total amount of platinum, palladium and rhodium (Pt+Pd+Rh) make 9.0-11.0 wt % provided the Pt/Pd ratio makes 6.0-8.0. Note also that (Ag+Cu)/(Pt+Pd) ratio makes 0.3-0.7.
EFFECT: yellow rustproof biologically inert alloy that allows applying coating of high-temperature ceramic.
