FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device includes laser emitter (LE), laser emission modulator (M), light filter (LF), equaliser of laser emission amplitude distribution (ELEAD), laser emission intensity monitoring unit (LEIMU), connection card of investigated object (CIO), matching and switching unit (MSU), control calculation unit (CCU) with built-in software, communication controller (CC) of installation units with (CCU), impulse parameter storage device (IPSD), electric measurement instrument (MI), electric power supply of investigated object (EPS) and impulse signal generator (ISG). Before aperture of laser emitter there installed in series is (LF), (ELEAD) and either (LEIMU), or (CIO), on which the tested object is fixed and its outputs are connected to CIO contacts.
EFFECT: possible determination of resistance level of the tested object to combined action of radiation and single voltage impulses, adjustment of emission level and voltage amplitude with simultaneous monitoring of the tested object state.
