FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to cleaning. Proposed plant comprises gas tube and centrifugal separator located thereat and comprising stationary case with gas separation chamber, gas mix inlet, and gas mix separation element. The latter has multiple separation discs. Central outlet chamber is located inside said separation discs in separation area. Proposed plant comprises drive motor coupled via shaft with separation element to revolve it about rotational axis. Note here that said separation element separated oil from gas mix by centrifugal forces. Gas outlet is located downstream of separation element and directly connected therewith by central outlet chamber for discharge of separated gas. Oil discharge opening extends through aforesaid case, Note here that said case withstands separation pressure of, at least, 10 bar. Plant allows counterflow separation so that gas mix is revolved and directed into separation element radially outward and to center and to central outlet chamber. In compliance with proposed method, gas mix is fed into separation area via inlet. Note here that pressure of, at least, 10 bar prevails in separation area. Thereafter, gas mix is revolved and displaced radially from outside via separation element. Note here that oil is separated from gas mix by centrifugal forces. Note also that separation elements revolves at definite rpm. Thereafter, separated gas is discharged from central outlet chamber via gas outlet while oil is discharged via oil outlet extending through the case.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of separation.
