FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrified transport and aims at perfecting power plant control device. Proposed device comprises inverter 50 to convert DC voltage into AC voltage, power accumulator 50 and DC-to-DC converter 40 connected to power accumulator 60. It comprises also circuit selector unit 40 to select whatever voltage fed by external power supply via power takeoff device 2 and voltage fed by power accumulator 60 and feeds it to inverter 50 and communication control unit 200. The latter controls DC-to-DC converter 40 and circuit selector unit 70. Communication control unit 200 feeds control signals (C1 to C4) to DC-to-DC converter 40 and circuit selector 70 to control them when transport facility is supplied from external power supply and from power accumulator 60.

EFFECT: higher reliability, decreased electric power consumption.
