FIELD: packaging.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for monitoring of bottles filled with the packed product and, therefore, closed by caps using mechanised method or vessels of similar type and to quality-control device for implementing the said method. The caps for vessels, respectively, have a retaining ring ensuring the safety of the product, which is held in a closed vessel on it with a geometric or force closure so that the vessel can only be open by the removal and/or destruction of the retaining ring ensuring the safety of the product quality. The vessels (1), after filling and capping are monitored by at least one opto-electric sensor system for the integrity of its safety element ensuring the safety of the product quality. The safety element in several areas at the same time is clearly recorded by having several optical elements of change the direction of the beam by the optical system with a single opto-electric sensor, for example, with a single electronic camera.
EFFECT: increased reliability of recording of integrity of the safety element.
