DRYING PLANT OF DISPERSE HIGH-HUMIDITY MATERIALS Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC F26B17/10 F26B3/92

Abstract RU 2478889 C1

FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: drying plant for disperse high-humidity materials includes tight chambers connected to each other: vibrofluidised bed chamber for drying of disperse high-humidity material and fluidised bed chamber for drying of disperse high-humidity material till final humidity; at that, vibrofluidised bed chamber is equipped with loading and transfer devices made in the form of rotary valves, supply branch pipe of superheated steam of atmospheric pressure with a built-in control gate valve and branch pipe for its discharge; inside vibrofluidised bed chamber there located is a grid with a vibratory drive located on the outer side of the chamber; discharge branch pipe of superheated steam of atmospheric pressure is connected to a flow divider of waste steam of atmospheric pressure, which is equipped with two outlet branch pipes, one of which is connected through a circulating duct to the supply branch pipe of superheated steam of atmospheric pressure with formation of a recirculation circuit that includes in-series connected supply fan of steam of atmospheric pressure and superheater of atmospheric pressure steam, and the other one is connected by means of the outlet channel to superheater of reduced pressure steam; fluidised bed chamber is equipped with an unloading device made in the form of a rotary valve, supply branch pipe of superheated steam of reduced pressure and branch pipe for its discharge; inside fluidised bed chamber there installed is an inclined grid having the possibility of adjusting its inclination angle; at that, the grid is installed so that its inclination angle is more than natural material slope angle; outlet branch pipe of waste superheated steam of reduced pressure is connected to the flow divider of waste steam of reduced pressure, which is equipped with two outlet branch pipes, one of which is connected through the circulating duct to the supply branch pipe of superheated steam of reduced pressure with formation of the recirculation circuit including in-series connected supply fan of reduced pressure steam and superheater of reduced pressure steam, and the other one is connected to a vacuum pump.

EFFECT: invention shall provide obtaining of a high-quality finished product without reducing the intensity of the drying process, as well as more complete use of the heat of waste heat carrier.
