FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying, heat treatment of dispersed high-moisture materials and can be used in food, chemical and other industries. In the chambers of the vibrated fluidized and fluidized bed, there are steam flow dividers connected to the superheated steam supply pipes of atmospheric and low pressure respectively, dividing space under inclined grids into zones, each of which is equipped with built-in control flap. Fans for supply of superheated steam of atmospheric and low pressure are installed vertically under chambers of vibrated fluidized and fluidized bed, respectively, and are connected to steam superheaters of atmospheric and low pressure steam by means of additionally equipped recirculation boxes. Steam superheater of low pressure steam is divided by perforated partitions into two sections, the lower one of which is installed in the zone of outlet of superheated steam of low pressure from the fluidized bed chamber and is connected to steam superheater of steam of atmospheric pressure, and upper section is connected to the duct for discharge of superheated steam of atmospheric pressure. Fluidized bed chamber is additionally equipped with a branch pipe with a built-in damper to discharge the used superheated steam of low pressure to the vacuum pump.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of quality of finished material, reduction of specific energy consumption for drying process and reduction of heat losses to environment.
