FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method for determining vibration parameters of turbomachine blades consists in installation of a radar plant at a basic distance from the turbomachine at a sharp angle to perpendicular line of blade rotation plane, allocation of frequencies of Doppler signal reflected from moving blades of the turbomachine, allocation of frequency of Doppler signal from each moving blade, obtaining autocorrelation functions of signals for each i blade, determination of vibration amplitude of each i blade, determination of current values of rotation speed of the turbomachine blades, determination of the turbomachine STABLE operating mode provided that the turbomachine rotation speed is constant, determination of the turbomachine UNSTABLE operating mode provided that the rotation speed changes, determination of direction of the rotation speed change of the turbomachine blades increasingly, and determination of the direction of rotation speed change of the turbomachine blades decreasingly. Device for determining vibration parameters of turbomachine blades includes a series connected radar unit serving as a sensor, a Doppler frequency allocation unit, a unit for receiving autocorrelation functions and a unit of threshold devices, which differs by the fact that it includes a unit for determining the turbomachine operating modes, a rotation speed indicator of the turbomachine blades, an operating mode indicator; at that, outlet of the radar unit is connected to the inlet of the unit for determining operating modes of the turbomachine, the first and the second group of outlets of which is connected to inlets of rotation speed indicator of the turbomachine blades and the operating mode indicator of the turbomachine.
