SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises first and second transducers secured directly and spaced apart at the barrel and shell velocity metre. Note here that outputs of said transducers are connected to first and second inputs of said metres. Note here that proposed device incorporates additionally the shell velocity analyser, ADC, memory unit, transmitter, receiver, indicator and shot counter. Shell velocity metre output is connected with of shell velocity analyser input, first transducer output is connected with shot counter inlet while shot counter output is connected to memory unit second input.

EFFECT: longer life.
