It is arranged as capable of generation of a unique number of a financial operation, which models a number of the main account of a regular credit or a debit card of a financial institution, and which includes an actual number of a subscriber account in a coded form. An issuing bank extracts the inbuilt number of the account and the amount, verifies compliance of the inbuilt and the provided amount (and also performs other standard inspections) and in case of their compliance authorizes the operation.
EFFECT: increased safety of performance of financial operations carried out via Internet or a telephone network.
