SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the beverages preparation field. The machine for beverages preparation implementing the proposed method using hot water with a hydraulic circuit includes a vessel for water, a boiler for water heating and a pump for water delivery. Additionally, the machine contains a brewing device receiving water from the said boiler; the product for preparation of a beverage or another food product is placed into the said device. The machine contains a magnetic field generator for water treatment. Additionally, the machine includes a device for preliminary water heating in the upward flow direction from the said boiler; the said device for preliminary heating is connected to the said magnetic field generator and is placed so that water passing through the said magnetic field generator has a temperature higher than the ambient temperature.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce scale deposit formation in the hydraulic circuit.
