FIELD: beverage preparation devices.
SUBSTANCE: in order that in method of coffee drink preparation, in which in the scalding process the specified amount of scalding water is passed through a portion of ground coffee, improved quality of freshly prepared coffee beverage taste, at least, however, increased invariability in taste form of coffee beverages serially prepared, for scalding process, total time of flow is set or can be set, during which total amount of scalding water is passed through amount of ground coffee.
EFFECT: invention discloses a method and device for preparation of a coffee beverage.
