METHOD OF TREATING OF PATIENTS WITH UNSTABLE STENOCARDIA Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC A61H1/00

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to cardiology. Patient is laid on his/her back on the device base. Racks are arranged in heads of hip joints. Pressure heels of device is installed in the inguinal area in a projection of iliac and femoral arteries. Arterial tension is measured on the lower extremities. Indexes of a sphygmomanometer are fixed during compressing of a cuff at the moment of termination of pulsations in the popliteal fossa. Obtained value is a reference point for assessing degree of tension. Pressure heel is lowered and vessels is clamped up to disappearing of the pulse in the popliteal fossa for 1 minute. Then for 1 minute compression is stopped, so the procedure is 2 minutes. Total number of procedures in one session of treatment - 15, only 30 minutes a day. During week, the patient receives daily one session, in a week 5 sessions. In total 2 courses of treatment within 4 weeks and in 3 months repetition are made.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the risk of myocardial infarction, promote regression of anginous attacks, reduce the limitation of physical activity, improve hemodynamics and quality of life.
