FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and may be used for the introduction (delivery) of liquid or gel substances into the exposure point. A dispenser device comprises a hollow cylindrical body and a piston. The body is open-faced. The body comprises a hole started from one of the faces. From the same side of the body, on its inner side, at one-third from the beginning of this end face, there is a rectangular ripple of the length of 2 to 3 mm. Its longitudinal symmetry axis is perpendicular to the extending longitudinal axis of the hole and a generatrix of the body. A cylindrical cartridge with a substance is tightly fitted into the body, from its open end face with the hole to the ripple. One end face of the cartridge is closed, provided with an output cannula, while the other end face is closed by a tear-off protective film and faces the ripple. The cartridge has a handle congruent with the body hole. The piston is tightly seated in the body; the front end face of the piston faces the ripple; on its side surface, along the generatrices there are the slots with the same angular distance in between. The width of each slot is 0.5-1.0 mm wider than that of the ripple; the depth of each slot is 2 to 4 mm. The length of the first slot is equal to that of the cannula of the cartridge. Every next slot is longer than the previous one by the length of the cannula to the cartridge. The last slot is equal to the length of the piston and corresponds to the initial position of the piston, the scale of which is arranged on the opposite, projecting end of the piston in front of it; each slot is opposed to the graduated scale.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of substance dispensing in each specific case, as well as in a remote area for the purpose of visual control of the administered material, prevented overspending thereof in the case of side effects of some preparation and in the case of the use of expensive materials.
