FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to development of mineral resources of arctic shelf. The method for lifting, moving and installing surface facilities of arctic offshore fields of hydrocarbons in underwater-ice position is proposed, at which lifting, movement and installation is performed using buoyancy forces. Underwater lifting self-propelled platform equipped with other balancing tanks filled and dried with pumps, propellers of cruising, lagged and vertical movement, automatic systems of target guidance and automatic landing. For coupling to an underwater carrier, the underwater lifting self-propelled platform is equipped with a stock device, and for coupling to the moved object, it is equipped with load clamps. Electric power supply and control of lifting, moving and installation operations is performed via a cable from the underwater carrier. All the operations are carried out under control of unmanned submarines launched from the carrier.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of underwater installation of surface facilities of offshore fields under severe ice and climatic conditions.
