FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil product electrothermolysis plant containing a flow cracking reactor, the heating of walls of which is performed by means of electric current; at that, reactor is made in the form of a metal tube, through which processed raw material is passed; a tight vessel under excess pressure, into which the above reactor is placed; a circulating circuit with a raw material supply pump; a bitumen pump for removal of stillage residue; a pump for condensate supply to the raw material container; heat exchangers for collection of initial raw material, vapours of oil products and condensate removal to the product container and electronic control units to control the cracking depth. The invention also refers to the oil product electrothermolysis method.
EFFECT: increasing the yield of light distillate fractions and obtaining cracking oil fractions and non-oxidised tar oil; simplifying the processing of heavy oil fractions; improving reliability of the plant and reducing power consumption at provision of the processing depth and quality of the finished products at the catalytic cracking level.
