FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: slab blank with the specified chemical analysis is subject first to roughing rolling in the range of 990÷1110°C at regulation of particular reductions of not less than 12%; then, to finishing rolling from rolling beginning temperature in the range of 780±10°C and rolling end temperature equal to 720±10°C at single reduction in the last finishing pass of 6-8%, and to accelerated cooling after finishing rolling at the plate cooling speed of 10-16°C/sec to temperature of 590±15°C.
EFFECT: providing in hot-rolled stock from microalloy steel of pipes with thickness of 24-28 mm of identical increased mechanical properties uniformly distributed across the plate section, which correspond to strength class K60.
