Thereafter, it shall be stated that provided herpes antibody titre in pregnant woman's blood is 1:3200, squalen dehydrogenase activity appears to be 3.01±0.28 standard units; provided herpes antibody titre is 1:6400, then activity is 2.65±0.25 standard units; herpes antibody titre being 1:12800 shows activity 2.31±0.3 standard units.
EFFECT: decreased squalen synthesis has an effect on cholesterol synthesis and formation of based placental steroid hormones that is as commonly known threatening formation of fetoplacental deficiency during pregnancy.
