FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Method for screening assessment of vision nature consists in presentation of images of figures to a patient, fixation of patient's answers and their analysis. Assessment is carried out in three levels with representation of pseudorandom sequence of images in conditions of separation. At the first level checking availability of monocular vision is performed, wherein figures are presented 1-4 times. At second level - presence of binocular or simultaneous vision, for that figures are presented at least twice. At third level - presence of alternating suppression or unstable binocular vision, for that figures are presented at least twice, wherein figures for right eye and for left eye are interplaced. At that, at correct response at the first level, fixed result corresponds to the number of figures, intermediate result is fixed - both eyes can see, and at correct response at the second level - final result - binocular vision. At correct response at the first level, fixed result corresponds to the number of figures, intermediate result is fixed - both eyes can see, and at correct response at the second level coinciding with the number of figures increased by the number of figures visible by both eyes - final result - simultaneous vision. At correct response at the first level only for one eye an intermediate result is fixed - monocular vision of one eye, which is specified at the third level, and at the correct response for the same eye - final result - monocular vision of said eye. At correct response at the first level firstly for one, then for the other eye an intermediate result is fixed - monocular vision with alternating suppression, which is specified at the third level, and at the visibility firstly for the left, then for the right eye the final result is fixed - alternating suppression. At correct response at the first level firstly for one, then for the other eye, an intermediate result is fixed for both eyes - unstable binocular vision, which is specified at the third level, and at the visibility firstly for the left, then for the right eye, then simultaneously for both eyes the final result is fixed - unstable binocular vision.
EFFECT: invention enables to increase accuracy and validity of assessment results of vision nature owing to excluding the possibility of memorizing test tasks, assessment of the obtained result based on several functionally related measurements.
