SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. In method realisation introduction of contrast substance, which comes into zone near identification point of device, is determined. Zone near identification point of device is analysed for specified time. Formed are urves of dependence time-contrast on the basis of controlled zone near identification point of device, where the first curve of dependence time-contrast represents curve of contrast substance on the tip and in its vicinity, and the second curve represents curve of contrast substance in vessel and in its vicinity. Obtained curvers are analysed and the best moment is determined as optimum of visibility on the basis of curves of dependence time-contrast. Computer-readable carrier contains software element for realisation of method by computer. Device includes measuring device, control unit, generating element, analysis device and device for the best moment determination.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of determining moment of medical influence and convenience of controlling current situation of passing stenosis section.
