FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Medical set contains device for formation of hole in bone, which includes hook, introduced into first hole in bone and channel for introduction of instruments. Channel is adjusted for introduction of drill for formation of second hole in bone at said hook, introduced into first hole. Second hole is oriented with respect to hook in such a way that second hole intersects with first hole in bone. Thread-loading device is made for passing thread through channel and through second hole at one end of thread, coming out of second hole. Method of channel formation in bone consists in formation of first hole in bone and after that - of second hole in bone at specified angle to said first hole with application of said first drilled hole as reference point in determination of location of second drilled hole in bone. First and second holes intersect in bone.
EFFECT: improvement of fixation.
