FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for preparing humic acids from low-mineralised silt sulphide mud. The method for preparing humic acid from low-mineralised silt sulphide mud, which involves three-stage processing in perchloric acid followed by keeping and washing with water till a negative reaction to calcium and iron ions, four-stage processing of a deposit in a sodium hydroxide solution, keeping of an alkaline extract, decantation and filtration, acidification with sulphuric acid, separation of the deposit and washing with water till a negative reaction to the sulphate ions, ethanol extraction of impurities and deposit extraction with a sodium hydroxide solution, re-keeping in sulphuric acid, deposit washing, deposit extraction with a sodium hydroxide solution, passing through KU-2 cation under certain conditions.
EFFECT: invention enables higher yield of the end product.
