SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is a process for the preparation of a low-mineralized substance based on fulvic acids of peloids, including alkaline extraction, acidification, separation of the precipitate, filtration of the extract, adsorption of the desired product on activated carbon, elution with an alkali solution, passage through a cation exchanger, dissolution in sodium hydroxide solution, characterized in that the low-mineralized sulfide silt muds is treated three times with 1 mole/l of perchloric acid solution in mass-volume ratio "precipitate:acid solution" of 1:3, the precipitate is washed with water, treated three times with a solution of 0.5 mole/l sodium hydroxide in a mass-volume ratio of "precipitate:alkali solution" of 1:3, the extracts are allowed to stand for 12 hours, filtered through a loose paper filter, precipitated with 30 % sulfuric acid, filtered, the filtrate is passed through a column of activated carbon, treated with a 90 % aqueous solution of acetone to discoloration of the eluent, washed with distilled water until the odor of acetone disappeared, eluted from the coal with a solution of 0.5 mole/l sodium hydroxide, the solution is passed through a column with cation-exchanger KU-2 to a constant acidity value, dried in air at a temperature of 20–25 °C, the air-dry sample is dissolved in a minimum volume of 0.001 mole/l sodium hydroxide solution, filtered through a paper filter, dried in a thin layer with forced ventilation at 20–25°C.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the preparation of a low-mineralized substance based on fulvic acids of peloids by using perchloric acid in the decalcification and desulphonation step.
