SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an anticoagulant agent and a method of its production. Anticoagulant agent based on humic acids of low-mineralized silt sulfide mud, having the following composition: 0.1000 g of humic acids, 0.02 mol/l–0.05 l of sodium hydroxide solution, 0.01 mol/l of hydrochloric acid solution with pH = 7.4, up to 0.1 l of purified water. The method of producing an anticoagulant agent based on humic acids of low-mineralized silt sulfide mud, including mixing components, thermostating and filtering is characterized by being carried out by adding 0.1000 g of humic acids to 50 ml of 0.02 mol/l sodium hydroxide solution, subsequent thermostatting for 3 hours, filtering through a paper filter (white tape), neutralizing the filtrate with a 0.01 mol/l solution of hydrochloric acid to pH = 7.4, bringing the volume to 100 ml with purified water.

EFFECT: above-described agent is characterized by a pronounced anticoagulant effect and significantly reduces thromboelastography parameters, which indicates a decrease in the rate of blood clotting.
